General Inquiries

Are your devices brand new or pre-owned? We offer both! Our Brand New devices are factory-sealed with full manufacturer warranties. Our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) devices undergo a rigorous multi-point inspection to ensure they are 100% functional and in excellent cosmetic condition.

Do I get a warranty? Yes. All our devices come with a 3-Month Boutique Warranty covering hardware defects. Please note that this excludes physical damage (cracked screens), liquid damage, or software "jailbreaking."

The 50/50 Lay-By Plan (Lay-Up)

How does the Lay-By work? We’ve partnered with Lay-Up to offer an interest-free payment plan. You pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure your device and lock in the price. The remaining 50% is paid over 3 to 4 months.

When do I get my phone? In line with Lay-By regulations, your device is dispatched immediately after your final installment has been paid and cleared.

Are there any interest charges? None at all. You pay the boutique price of the phone and nothing more. 0% Interest. 0% Hidden Fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

What if I want to cancel my Lay-By? We understand that plans change. However, because a Lay-By removes a high-value device from our boutique inventory, the following applies:

A 15% cancellation fee (calculated on the total purchase price) will be deducted from your paid balance.

This fee covers the cost of holding the stock and administrative overheads.

All refunds are subject to Lay-Up’s standard terms and processing times.

Can I change the device I am paying for? Changing devices is treated as a cancellation of the original agreement. The 15% fee will apply, and a new agreement will be started for the new device.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is delivery? We offer Free Nationwide Courier Delivery on all orders. Your device is shipped via a secure, door-to-door courier service.

How long does delivery take? Once your payment (or final Lay-By installment) is cleared, we ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
