We offer secure, nationwide delivery across South Africa. Our logistics partners include The Courier Guy, PostNet, and Paxi, ensuring that your premium tech reaches you safely and efficiently.
1. Shipping Rates & Service Providers
Standard Nationwide Delivery: Free
Courier Options: * Door-to-Door: Utilising The Courier Guy or Aramex.
Counter-to-Counter: Utilising PostNet-to-PostNet or Paxi (Point-to-Point).
Free Collection: Available by appointment at our Cape Town location.
2. Processing & Lead Times
Order Processing: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday) once payment reflects in our account.
Delivery Timelines: * Major Centers (CT, JHB, PTA, DBN): 1–3 business days.
Regional/Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days.
Paxi Economy: 7–9 business days.
Please note: Dispatch may be delayed during public holidays or high-volume sale periods.
3. Packaging & Security
Every device is professionally packaged in protective, anti-static materials and double-boxed to prevent damage during transit. For your security:
All parcels are sealed with tamper-evident tape.
A unique tracking number will be issued via email or WhatsApp immediately upon dispatch.
4. Delivery Risk & Insurance
Responsibility: While we ensure rigorous packaging, the risk of loss or damage transitions to the courier service once the parcel is collected from our premises.
Transit Insurance: For high-value orders (iPhone 15, 16, and 17 series), we strongly recommend adding Optional Transit Insurance. Please contact us prior to payment if you wish to include this for an additional fee.
Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the parcel for any signs of tampering before signing. If the seal is broken, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
5. Uncollected Parcels
Should a parcel be returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect from a PostNet/Paxi point within the required timeframe, the client will be liable for the delivery fee of R155.00.
